In these Terms and Conditions Ann e Bags(gift packaging) Ltd is referred to as ‘the Company’
1 . All prices, descriptions and delivery details are subject to change without prior notice. Customers will be made aware of any such changes at the time of order.
Prices are subject to carriage and VAT at the rate applying at the time of delivery.
2. Payment is required within 30 days of invoice by credit/debit card or cheque. For large orders part payment (50%) may be required on receipt of order with remainder on delivery. Late payments may be liable for charges in accordance with the Late Payments Debt Collectors Act (1998).
3. Slight variations in colours may occur as a result of manufacturing processes or production runs, presentation on computer screens or other reasons beyond our control. Whilst every effort is made to minimise such variations the Company cannot accept responsibility for these.
4. In the case of printed goods the Company will not accept liability for any errors once the Customer has agreed proofs. Additional costs incurred by the Company shall be charged extra.
5. Where items are in stock the Company will endeavour to, but cannot guarantee next working day delivery for orders received prior to 1400hrs at no additional cost to the standard delivery charge.
6. Unless the goods are faulty, incorrect, or wrongly delivered any return cost to the Company is to be paid by the customer both ways. Where the Customer provides an incorrect address carriage cost is to be paid by the Customer.
7. The Customer is advised to examine the goods on delivery. Goods shall be deemed satisfactory in all respects unless the Company receives notification of any alleged defect within seven working days of delivery to the Customer.
8. The Company will not accept any responsibility for damage or consequential loss caused to the buyer's goods by our products.
9 . Every effort will be made to advise the Customer as to the suitability of our products, however it is the responsibility of the Customer for ensuring that a particular product meets with their requirements .
10 . All products are copyright and may not be reproduced in any format without written consent from the Company
11 . Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.
